Some customers have reported difficulty logging into Crashzone using Internet Explorer. The system is currently being checked for the error. Any one experiencing the error can run Crashzone from Firefox to overcome the problem. Firefox can be downloaded from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ for free.
