As of 30 April 2010 the old ORM communication process, commonly known as QDE 2.6, has been decommissioned. ORM will now only communicate with repairers that are using the new QDE 3.0 standard. Good news is that Crashzone uses QDE 3.0 and you can be up and running with ORM today for free. Please contact support@crashzone.com.au for further information or help to setting up ORM.
