4.45pm 23/11/2011 we have received this notification from PNET

Some users may be experiencing technical difficulties with PNet.

Some Users may not be able to access PNet.
Information sharing between ClaimCenter & PNET for some users may be affected.
PNet availability for some users may be affected.
BT are aware of the issue and are working to rectify the problem.
No workaround is available.

Anyone having problems should contact PNET at PNet_Help@suncorp.com.au
