We have made an update to the system to add some new features and fix some general issues. Below are a list of some of the changes made.
1 Add LTAR times to Crashzone
2 Update NTAR times but split like our generic choice list
3 ORM/Pnet Sending in background (no need to wait on details while sending)
4 EMTA/NTAR/LTAR add buttons for paint loading 10 % & 25 % ( duplicates the description above item in the quote and calculate 10 or 25 % of the amount
5 Copy images to new quote ( like quote copy feature )
6 On ORM jobs add assessors name and phone number from from the XML to the details page
7 Show Claim number on main page of Crashzone – combo box colour or claim number display on main page
8 Invoice to owner On details page so you can make invoice to the owner rather than Insurance ( private work )
9 Add claim number to the details on excess invoice
10 Detailed invoice ( add in settings page option to have detailed invoice so it shows all the labour amounts with invoice )
11 If ORM put an item on REPORT when it sends back authority have action to add the item back on to the quote with the original amount ( like right click on the item or double click to put back on the quote so you can do additional )
12 Send supp quote parts to PARTSCHECK
13 PARTSCHECK when importing update the parts status i.e ORDER, RECEIVED and update cost price
14 On the details page add Autotext field for Estimator, Body
15 Invoice search should also look at deleted invoice
16 IE10 drag and drop images
17 Part page, view page should not show deleted item from ORM, Pnet
18 Backup in Setting Page: Add Date From and Date To Option
19 Backup in MYOB: Change wording “from Date” to “Invoice From”
20 IE10: the update quote button does not work 100% in IE10 sometimes gets stuck saying updating
21 XERO intergration: Imported invoice now will be imported as grand total
22 XERO intergration: Separate Tax Invoice and Excess Invoice as two lines
23 MYOB: Add Account Setting and use it when import into MYOB
