Spam emails:
Crashzone is having issues with some companies that are using trend micro for their spam email filter. This is causing your outgoing email to be blocked which means it will not be received. The two main companies that we have reports of issues with are Zurich Insurance and Trivett Australia.
Crashzone is working to rectify the issue but in the interim if you have an email that is getting blocked we suggest that your forward the email to yourself and then re forward it from your own mail client.
