Crashzone system update:
We have uploaded a number of fixes to the system this week mainly around integration with ORM, PNET & Estimage
Below is a list of the main points that have been updated.
1 Fixed: CZ Crash when sending Pnet Quote/Supp Quote caused by missing hrs
2 Fixed:CZ crash when sending manual quote (Missing Hrs in Others section)
3 Fixed: CZ can’t import authorised message as Assessor put their comment in RR Section
4 Fixed: Pnet – Manual Quote required Hrs in Others Section ?
5 Fixed: CZ dont set 0.00 if ORM return report Item
6 Fixed: ORM- Use ORM rates in XML instead of rate from detail page
7 Disable Pnet Setup Setting – User need to email support@ to setup
8 Fixed: Pnet – submit quote but status still “Draft”
9 Fixed: Pnet – send updated request for quote customer cant send because status is not updated
10 Fixed:ORM Get authorised into the wrong job caused same claim,rego, VehicleID
11 Fixed: ORM Get payment authorised into the wrong job caused same claim,rego,VehicleID
12 Fixed: EstImage Bug: Order of Item on CZ not the same as when import into EstImage
