Crashzone 1.1 Changes

* Add “$$$” button to convert all quote items to $
* Remake NTAR / LTAR List Searching
* Add a setting to increase part item price with x% (x is a setting)
* Make photo zoom bigger when viewing large photo
* Release below setting:
+ HashTagJobStatus (Enables hashtag select box for job status.)
+ Photo Trash (Allow you to view and restore deleted photos)
+ Staff Photo (Allow you to view and approve photos taken by staff – Require Crashzone 1.1 app)
+ Rate Column (Allows you to view the rate column for each item)
* Update header report
