Only enter the Repairer ID for the branch(es) you intend to send to. Repairer ID is obtained from directly from the Insurance company

Sending a Quote & Photos

  1. Create a job.
  2. Fill in the required fields.
  3. Upload any photos you want to include.
  4. Select the branch(es) to send the job to.
  5. Click Arnie to send the job.
  6. Select the photos you want to include.
  7. Click Send to submit the quote and selected photos directly to Arnie
  8. Check the notes section to see the ARNIE job status Pending/Successful or failed

Supplementary Quote

Once the main quote has been authorised, simply add the supplementary items below the existing quote and click Send again.

Sending an Invoice

Once the quote has been authorised, return to the Details page, create an invoice, and click Send again.
