Estimage Online & Offline

Setting > Integration > Estimage Online Settings > Click ‘Login EIO’

Enter your username and password. Once logged in successfully, Crashzone will automatically receive a new job from Estimage.

* You can select the job, go to the details page, and send a quote.

Sending a Quote & Photos

  1. Select a job.
  2. Fill in the required fields.
  3. Click Send.
  4. Select the photos you want to include.
  5. Click Send to submit the quote and selected photos directly to Estimage Online.

Supplementary Quote

Once the main quote has been authorised, go to the Quote tab, create a Supplementary Quote, add the required items, and click Send again.

Sending an Invoice

Once the quote has been authorised, return to the Details page, create an invoice, and click Send again.

Estimage Offline

Setting > Integration > Estimage Offline Settings > Enter the Estimage installation path.

Exporting a Quote & Photos

  1. Select a job.
  2. Fill in the required fields.
  3. Click Export to generate the file.
  4. Download and extract the exported file.
  5. Open the Estimage tool and import the extracted file.

Supplementary Quote

Once the main quote has been authorised, go to the Quote tab, create a Supplementary Quote, add the required items, and export the extracted file again.

Exporting an Invoice

Once the quote has been authorised, return to the Details page, create an invoice, and then export the extracted file again.
